| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,公平已成为人们对高等教育事业发展的首要利益诉求。文章阐释了我国高等教育公平的基本内涵及其存在的主要问题,认为高等教育公平的实现需要健全和完善高等教育法律体系,以法治的力量为公平奠定坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of higher education in China, education equality has become the main benefit appeal of the masses concerning the development of higher education. In this paper, the basic connotation and the existing problems of Chinese higher education equality are expounded. A sound and perfect law system is also emphasized as a necessity to the realization of higher education equality, which lays a solid foundation for equality by rule of law. |
