| Abstract: | The reasons of the less effectiveness of the headmasters training of primary and middle school in our country are following： the training value aimed at the renewal of knowledge and realistic utilitarianism, which is partial; the training policy can＇t be guaranteed enough ; the training management is unscientific and unreasonable ; the headmasters are not active in attending the training and the training evaluation system is inefficient. The above reasons affect the efficiency of the training. |
