我国中小学校长培训有效性不高的归因分析

摘    要:目前我国中小学校长培训有效性不高的原因主要表现在以下几个方面:培训价值观失之偏颇;培训保障缺乏力度;培训的运作不够科学合理;培训对象参训积极性不高;培训评价缺乏有效机制。

Abstract:The reasons of the less effectiveness of the headmasters training of primary and middle school in our country are following: the training value aimed at the renewal of knowledge and realistic utilitarianism, which is partial; the training policy can't be guaranteed enough ; the training management is unscientific and unreasonable ; the headmasters are not active in attending the training and the training evaluation system is inefficient. The above reasons affect the efficiency of the training.
