| 摘 要： | 河南作为农业、经济和人口大省,既有率先在中部实现崛起的诸多有利条件,又有许多制约社会经济发展的不利因素。必须从河南省的实际情况出发,通过改变经济增长方式、着力营造中原城市群、抓好“三农”问题、加强与区外联系等手段,实现中原的崛起。 |

| Abstract: | As a big province of agriculture, economy and population, Henan province has many favorable conditions in taking the lead to rise in the middle part of China. However, it also has some disadvantages limiting its social and economic development.Therefore, from the perspective of actual conditions of Henan province, the following measures must be taken to realize the rise of the Central Plains: change the mode of economic growth, construct city groups, make great efforts to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and peasants,and establish a close relationship with the other areas. |
