| 摘 要： | 同国外 (包括发达国家和很多发展中国家 )相比 ,中国科学家 (包括从事原创性、应用性研究的自然科学工作者和社会科学工作者 )的薪酬水平、综合待遇等工作环境仍然有较大差距。科学家的体面工作问题仍然是一个不能回避的重要问题。特别是中国加入WTO以后 ,这一问题将显得更加突出。本文通过实际调查 ,比较具体地描述了中国科学家对工作环境的感受 ,并提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Comparing to their peers from other countries, Chinese scientists could find great gaps such as salaries, working facilities, etc. To Chinese scientists, decent work is still a dream. In this paper, we describe the Chinese scientists' working conditions and their feeling based on a survey of 201 scientists. We also put forward some policy opinions to promote their situations. |
