| 摘 要： | 心理学研究表明,需要—动机—目标是构成人的学习积极性行为的主要心理动力因素,因此,老师在寻求适当的英语教学途径时,很有必要从目标着手,使英语教学目标化,从而推动整个教学过程得以有效地进行。
