论县域农业产业化存在的问题及对策

目前 ,县域农业产业化发展的问题再度成为社会关注的焦点。然而县域农业产业化却存在着一系列问题。如何加以解决 ,笔者提出了发挥县域资源和区位优势 ,努力培育主导产业 ;以产业化经营为主线 ,扶持、发展、状大龙头企业 ,增强对农业经济的拉动作用 ;积极发展合作经济组织 ,提高产业化经营的组织性、有序性 ;政府部门要转变观念和职能 ,加强宏观调控 ,搞好社会化服务等四条对策。

Problems in the Development of Agricultural Industrialization and Its Countermeasares

Nowadays the development of agricultural industrialization in counties has become the focus of social concerns,but it has a series of problems.To solve them,the author advances the following four countermeasures:to develop dominant industries by giving full play to the superiority in the location of the county as well as in its resources;to support,develop and strengthen dominating enterprises based on industrialized management so as to promote their leading function to the agricultural economy;to develop cooperative organizations of economy and make the industrialized management more organized and orderly;government departments are required to convert concepts and functions,to strengthen macro-control,and to make a good job of social services.
