儒法歧义与合流：以孟子三纲为中心

在三纲上孔子讲君臣父子、孟子讲父子君臣、韩非讲君臣父子夫妻、董仲舒讲君臣父子夫妻；三纲在学派上主要涉及儒学与法家，在内容上涉及两纲还是三纲、君臣父子还是父子君臣，在立场涉及国优于家还是家优于国，在结构上涉及双向互动还是单向僵化；孟子的观点在儒学内部与孔子有异同、在儒学外部与法家韩非有异同，孟子在三纲上的主要观点对历史有复杂影响。

The Difference and Collaboration between Confucianism and Legalist： On Mencius Three Cardinal Guides

With a study of the three cardinal guides, Confucius holds Junchenfuzi （i. e. ruler guides subjects first, and father guides son second）, Mencius supports Fuzijunchen （i. e. father guides son first, and ruler guides subject second）, Han Fei states Junchenfuzifuqi （ i. e. ruler guides subject first, father guides son second, and then husband guides wife）, Dong Zhongshu suggests Junchenfuzifuqi （ i. e. ruler guides subject first , father guides son second, and then husband guides wife）. In terms of school of thoughts, the three cardinal guides relate to Confucianism and Legalist. In terms of content, the difference is whether there are two guides or three, and whether it is Junchenfuzi or Fuzijunchen. In terms of stand, they relate to whether family precedes over country or vice versa. In terms of structure, they differ in whether it is two-way or one-way in nature. Inside Confucianism, Mencius＇view differs from Confucius, and outside Confucianism, his view differs from Han Fei： The main ideas of the three cardinal guides exert complicated influence on history.
