基于心理契约理论的高校学生组织管理研究

摘    要:心理契约理论在社会经济组织中的应用对高校学生管理具有重要的启发意义,为此,通过对比、分析、诠释等方法,在高校学生组织管理中引入心理契约理论,提出在建立共同期望的基础上,组织与学生缔结发展契约,并通过密切与成员沟通、培育组织文化等途径,不断强化契约效能,以此维持人事稳定,促进组织发展,促使高校学生组织更好地发挥育人作用。
