| 摘 要： | 本文对奕訢自强思想的形成、内容及其实践进行了深入分析与阐述，从而揭示出奕訢的自强思想经历了一个由练兵到制器、最后到人才培养的由浅入深的进化过程。自强运动之所以能开展，奕訢的谋略与倡导要算第一功；地方局厂之所以能创设．奕忻的支持与关心也要算第一功。
