| 摘 要： | 以全国为参照系，陕西工业经济领域中最大的优势就是国防科技工业。因此，各级决策部门要树立国防科技工业是陕西经济的重要组成部分，发展壮大国防科技工业是发展壮大地方经济的正确认识；树立“大装备”观念，将国防科技工业当作陕西省装备制造业的重要构成部分，确立陕西军民结合型装备制造业的战略思路和产业内涵。在发展与改革的许多重大问题上，要围绕国防安全“借题发挥”，最大限度地发挥这张牌的连带扩散效应。

| Abstract: | Shaanxi province is an important industrial base in China of aviation, spaceflight,enginery,nuclear industry,shipping,electronics,communication device,instrument and etc.,which makes great contribution to the construction of China's national defense and the economic development of Shaanxi province.Based on the feasibility analysis,the paper proposes the strategic frame and measures for the science and technology industry for national defense to play strategic role in the local economic development. |
