| 摘 要： | 资本是经济发展的基本要素之一,有效的资本获取方式对经济发展具有重要的推动作用.资本获取方式对经济的影响作用也体现在另一方面,即不同的资本获取方式对经济稳定运行产生不同的影响.高负债资本获取方式是金融风险形成的制度因素.由此形成金融风险的新观点,开辟分析金融风险的新思路,认真探讨防范金融风险的制度选择.

| Abstract: | Capital is one of the essential elements of the economic development . The effective way to obtain capital will enhance econmic development . On the other hand , different ways to obtain capital affect the stable operation of economy in different ways.The way of financing by high-borrowing will lead to financial risk in a country . This paper will study the relationship of the way of financing with the financial risk in the economic system and manage to offer the resolution of financial risk . |
