| 摘 要： | 本文在对当前大学生就业教育的现状进行分析的基础上,立足于正确处理好大学生的学业、就业、职业和事业的关系,提出大学生就业教育应该贯穿大学生整个大学学习全过程,是旨在培养学生的全面素质和综合能力的发展性教育,是涵盖职业理想和道德教育、职业生涯指导、从业能力培养等方面内容在内的系统性教育。
