| 摘 要： | 本文围绕我国未成年人犯罪率居高不下这一个严峻的社会问题进行思考和研讨,剖析了未成年人犯罪的新动向和原因,并以中共十六届四中全会精神为指导,论述了预防未成年人犯罪是一个复杂的系统工程,家庭、学校、社会应高度关注,密切配合,齐抓共管。

| Abstract: | This paper probes the severe social problem,that is,the crimes of juveniles maintain at a high rate in China.It penetrates into new trends of such crimes and their causes.With guidance of Fourth Plenum of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC,it illustrates that precaution against the crimes of juveniles is a complex systematic project.Families,schools,and society should pay a special concern,act in close coordination and make concerted efforts to guard against it. |
