| 摘 要： | 信息不对称是市场中的常见现象。但是若市场中买卖双方信息不对称程度过大,则会大大降低市场效率。通过对商品市场中信息不对称现象的分析,揭示了政府在市场中对消除(或减少)市场不确定信息、规范市场行为,使买卖双方信息不对称程度降低,促进交易的顺利进行,提高市场效率等方面的作用以及应做的努力。

| Abstract: | The information asymmetry is often seen in the market.But if the asymmetry degree is over broad between the buying and selling parties,the market efficiency will be great decreased.Through the analysis of the asymmetry phenomenon,the function and effort done by the government in diminishing or decreasing the uncertain information in the market,standardizing the market behavior,decreasing the degree,promoting trade and raising the market efficiency is revealed. |
