Realization of the judicial justice is the basic aim of the modernization of rule by law in our country, and how to realize it in the criminal judicial field becomes the focus of the judicial reform. Reform of the document of the criminal judgment is one of the most important parts of the contemporary criminal judicial reform. A certain idea and model of the reform will influence the trend of the criminal judicial practice in future.
