高速公路广告资源受益主体辨析

摘    要:为辨析高速公路广告资源受益主体,对高速公路广告资源的性质、不同认识的根源以受益主体的判别标准等进行了分析。分析认为:高速公路广告资源受益主体是高速公路投资建设者,而非其他部门。

Abstract:In order to know exactly who is the benefit body of expressway advertisement resources,the paper analyzes the nature of expressway advertisement resources,different understandings of the resources and the judging standards of the benefit bodies.The results show that the benefit body of the advertisement resources is the experessway investor and constructor,not other departments.
