| 摘 要： | 刘少奇关于党内民主建设的思想，不仅对新时期进一步完善党内民主、加强党风建设具有深刻的启示意义．而且对于推动以党内民主带动国家民主建设的进程具有重大的现实价值。这种启示和现实价值主要体现在三个方面：其一，要不断完善党内民主集中制；其二，要加强党内民主的法制化建设；其三，要发挥党内民主对国家民主建设的带动和示范作用。

| Abstract: | LIU Shao-qi＇s democratic construction thoughts within the CPC are of great importance not only for improving democracy and strengthening style construction within the CPC but also for promoting national democratic construction led by democracy within the CPC. It mainly lies in three aspects： firstly, democratic centralism within the CPC should be constantly perfected; secondly, the legal construction of the Party should be improved steadily; last, the exemplary and leading role of the democracy within the CPC in the national democracy should be further brought into play. |
