| 摘 要： | 保险中的利益原则是现代保险业的基本原则之一。随着社会经济和保险业的发展,世界各国对保险中利益原则的认识也在不断发生变化。法律利益原则与经济利益原则孰优孰劣,一直是保险学领域广泛争议的问题。我国在保险法中应逐渐改变保险中的法律利益原则,采取保险中的经济利益原则。
