| 摘 要： | 本文从现状分析入手,指出了河北省人力资源服务业存在部门分割、产业结构不合理、职能定位不明确、管理协调机制不健全等问题,并根据当前人力资源服务业面临的形势和发展服务业的总体要求,提出了加快发展河北省人力资源服务业的可行路径.
