| 摘 要： | 综合了国内外学者对于服务业的相关研究成果，对现代服务业集聚区的发展进行了简要的梳理，着重分析了集聚区的形成、演化、类型与模式，明确了国内外现代服务业集聚区的研究脉络，总结出前人研究中存在的不完善之处，并指出在今后的研究中，要加强理论研究和对欠发达地区的研究，以及探索新的研究方法等。

| Abstract: | We probe into the evolution of modern service industry cluster district on the basis of a review of the researches made by famous scholars at home and abroad. Our focus is on the formation, evolution, types and models of modern service industry cluster district. We clarify the major research methods, fruits and limitations therein, hoping that we can strengthen theoretical research with more concerns for the underdeveloped areas and more new methods in the future. |
