| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的今天，吸引外资的关键在于营造一个良好的投资环境。从提升城市软实力和推进城市国际化的角度，提出了相应的对策建议，认为应努力营造本地区在外商投资环境上的比较优势，形成招商引资的独特竞争力。

| Abstract: | Along with the globalization of economy nowadays, the success of foreign investment attraction lies in whether the investment environment is good or not. This paper provides some measures in this respect in terms of the upgrading of urban soft power and the promotion of internationalization. It holds that the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province should figure out their own advantages in foreign investment environment in comparison with other regions so that they can form their own unique competence. |
