| 摘 要： | 大学图书馆馆风建设是图书馆最基础的建设,也是图书馆事业发展的无形财富,它对图书馆的队伍建设、业务工作和读书育人环境的优化都具有十分重要的意义.建设优良馆风必须遵循人格感召、榜样示范、育人为本、制度保障、学术推动、继承创新、查漏补缺、福利激励和合力共建等九项原则.

| Abstract: | The construction of the university/college atmosphere is the most fundamental construction for library, and intangible property for the development of the library. It is of vital significance to the construction of the library staff, business work and the optimization of the talent-raising environment. Building excellent library atmosphere involves such principles as personality impelling, model setting, breeding qualified personnel, formulating regulations, motivating academically, providing necessary entertainment, inheriting and renovating, compensating for shortcomings, stimulating with welfare, and cooperating. |
