摘    要:在企业管理实践中,激励的方式和手段丰富多样,但是,在具体激励方式的应用中往往会出现这样那样的偏差,达不到应有的激励效果,为了防止偏差,企业在激励方式上应进行创新,以增强职工队伍活力为出发点,改变传统的管理模式,营造一种以正激励为主的企业文化氛围,使整个群体的行为导向更加积极向上,更加富有生气活力,从而形成具有较强执行力的团队。
