| Abstract: | Young teachers in universities are an active group which are active and with great potentials for development. These young teachers have some common basic characteristics. Possessing good qualities in thoughts and in specialities they hope to be respected. Being burdened with works, they hope to be understood. Having pressures in life, they hope to be cared for. Being eager to develop themselves, they hope to be supported. Under the strategy of fierce competition of talents throughout the world, the Party Organizations in universities must adroitly instruct and guide them according to these characteristics. |
