| 摘 要： | 随着分子生物学实验技术进一步在医学科研领域中的广泛应用，研究生分子生物学实验技术的教学越来越受到重视。但由于许多院校存在实验经费紧张、仪器设备陈旧匮乏等实际困难而限制了实验课的全面开展。因此，如何根据学校的实际情况，利用现有条件及时合理地调整理论课和实验课的教学内容和所占比例，加强现代化教学手段，合理组织教学并将科研和教学紧密结合，是上好这门课程的关键。

| Abstract: | Along with the widely uses of molecular biology experimental technique in medical scientific research,graduate students pay more and more attention to the molecular biology experimental technique course.But many practical constraints,such as lack of experimental appropriations and short of experimental instruments, make it not easy to run experimental courses widely among the graduate students.So how to adjust the ratio of theory and experimental content,strengthen modern teaching measures,organize teaching in reason and combine scientific research with teaching tightly is critical to this course. |
