摘    要:从中国石油企业文化的历史、现状及其背景分析入手 ,根据现阶段中国石油企业内外环境的变化 ,结合中国石油企业发展战略 ,探讨了新时期重塑中国石油企业文化的必然性及其思路和方法 ,以期构建有利于提升石油企业竞争力的企业文化体系 ,最大限度地调动员工的积极性和创造性 ,实现员工价值和企业价值的共同增长。

Abstract:An analysis is madc of the history, present condition and background of cultural education in China's oil enterprises. On the basis of the environmental changes inside and outside China's oil enterprises at the present stage, and in the light of the development strategy for China's oil enterprises, an explorative discussion is made of the necessity, tentative ideas and methods for cultural reconstruction in China's oil enterprises in the new period. This is intended to build up an enterprise cultural system favourable to the enhancement of the competitive power of China's oil enterprises so as to bring staff's initiative and creativeness into full play for the synchronic fulfilment of staff value and enterprise value.
