| 摘 要： | 课堂教学改革是高等职业技术教育改革的最基本单位和最终环节，其目标指向必须是满足岗位需求和学生个性发展需要。课堂教学改革又是一个系统工程，必须从教学管理环节到课堂要素环节，从教师到学生，全面系统地整体推进才可能有所突破。

| Abstract: | Class teaching reform is one basic unit and end of the higher vocational and technical education, whose aim is to meet the needs of proffession and personality for students. At the same time class teaching reform is also one systematic project including many factors from teaching management to class units, and from teachers to students. Only all factors become one - body can teaching reform be made breakthrough. |
