| 摘 要： | 论述了目前在政府的行政实践中政府执行力的特点；指出在实际工作中政府的自利性、法外干预、公仆意识错位等是执行力弱化的主要障碍；针对上述特点和问题本文提出有必要从规范政府的自利性、强化行政伦理观、加强监督与行政问责入手强化政府的执行力建设。
