| 摘 要： | 经济法的宪政价值研究的目的在于,揭示经济法是如何以维护社会经济总体效益为目的,从经济民主方面,以及从维护根本经济制度等方面体现宪政价值的。在经济法的自由、公平和发展的价值实现,健全和完善经济法制度体系,加强经济执法和完善经济司法等方面有着重要的理论与实践意义。
