网络伦理:本土资源与全球性道德共识

我们必须正确处理网络伦理的本土化与全球性之间的关系问题.一方面,我国的网络伦理研究应当立足独特的国情,从传统文化中吸取可用的伦理资源,以使其成为能真正影响我国网民心理的价值体系.另一方面,由于网络的无国界性,又应当在全球性的网络活动中谋求一种普遍的道德共识,参与整合出不同国家的网民所应共同遵循的基本网络伦理规范.

Network cyber ethics : the balance between the localization and globalization of cyber ethics

We must properly deal with the problem of the relation between the localization and globalization of cyber ethics.On the one hand the researches on cyber ethics should be based on the especial conditions of China and absorb the quintessence from the Chinese traditional ethics so that it can influence the psychology of the ordinary people.On the other hand,owing to the supraregion of networks,we should obtain a common understanding of cyber ethics in global communication in networks and develop a series of basic norms of cyber ethics suited to all people from different countries.
