| 摘 要： | 加快非政府组织的建设,可以增加政府机构改革与职能转换力度,增进社会容忍,促进社会和谐,维护社会稳定。因此,我们要充分认识发展非政府组织的重大意义,力求形成非政府组织与政府的伙伴关系,增强非政府组织的发展优势,拓宽非政府组织的协调沟通机制,促进我国公民社会的发展。

| Abstract: | Speeding up the construction of NGOs (Non-Government Organizations) can deepen organizational innovation and function transformation of government;and stabilize the society as an acceptant and harmony one.Therefore,being known the great significance of the NGOs,we should construct the partnership between government and the NGOs and cultivate and develop our country's civil society by using the institutional advantages such as the system of coordination and communication of NGOs. |
