| 摘 要： | 提高司法绩效是我国司法改革的重要价值目标, 20世纪70年代以来在西方发达国家方兴未艾的公共管理实践中广泛使用的绩效管理为我国实施司法绩效管理,全面提高司法绩效提供了契机和条件。就司法绩效管理的相关概念和缘起背景,司法绩效管理的内涵和价值定位以及我国司法机关实行司法绩效管理的可行性进行若干探讨。

| Abstract: | To enhance judicial efficiency is our main target of our judicial reform. But in the 1970s, the practice of public management supplied a good chance and condition to our country in enhancing the judicial management. We study the related concept, background of judicial management, connotation of judicial management and value trend and the possibility of carrying out the judicial management in our country. |
