| Abstract: | Modern overseas Chaozhoulese responded promptly to Dr SUN Yat-sen's call "to revitalize the Chinese Nation" in the late nineteenth century, and became his active supporters and ardent followers and made outstanding contributions. They were an important force in support of Dr SUN Yat-sen's revolutionary cause. |
