扬州市旅行社核心竞争力培育研究

摘    要:通过阐述旅行社核心竞争力的理论,分析了扬州市旅行社的发展现状,并提出从提高人力资源管理能力、塑造核心文化、建设特色品牌、提高营销能力、打造以服务为核心的产品、提高创新能力六方面培育扬州市旅行社的核心竞争力。

Abstract:Through the elaboration on the core competitiveness of travel agency, it analyzes the current development of travel agencies in the city of Yangzhou, and discusses the cultivation of competitiveness from six aspects: the improvement of human resources management, the construction of core culture, the development of featured brand, the enhancement of marketing competence, the creation of service-oriented products and the promotion of innovative ability.
