浅议中小企业敏捷供应链的构建

通过阐述敏捷供应链的产生及含义，分析了中小企业构建敏捷供应链的必要性和紧迫性，指出缺乏现代化的信息技术、专业人才和公平的市场竞争格局是中小企业构建敏捷供应链的障碍，进而提出中小企业敏捷供应链构建的策略，即结合中小企业实际，尽可能提高中小企业信息技术利用的水平和程度，充分认识政府的引导作用，努力争取政府支持，加强合作伙伴关系，选择合适的敏捷供应链建模方法，吸引和培养供应链人才。

The Construction of Agile Supply Chain of Small and Medium Enterprises

Through the interpretation of agile supply chain, it analyzes the urgency and necessity of constructing the agile supply chain for small and medium enterprises （SMEs）, which are hindered from the chain by lack of modern information technology, experts, and equal competitive patterns on market. It proposes the policy to create the chain for SMEs in reality, and suggests improvement in information technology usage, support orm governments and enforcement in joint relations, so as to attract and cultivate talents for the supply chain.
