| 摘 要： | 考究了我国古代口供制度的演变，分析了其产生时期、发展时期和成熟时期的特征，探讨了我国古代刑事诉讼口供制度的成因，在此基础上提出从以科学的态度对待口供，确立自白任意性规则和鼓励犯罪嫌疑人、被告人陈述机制三方面完善我国当代的口供制度。

| Abstract: | The paper exams the evolution of ancient China＇s confession system, putting analysis on its characteristics in the time of occurrence, development, and maturity. Then it points out the reasons for the priority of confession in China＇s ancient criminal proceedings. Scientific and rational attitudes towards confession are proposed, and it suggests improving the contemporary confession system from three aspects. |
