| 摘 要： | 风险投资的退出机制在整个风险投资体系中处于核心地位。退出机制不仅为风险资本提供了持续的流动性，而且也为风险企业提供了持续的发展性。从我国风险投资业退出的现状、存在的问题及如何促进我国风险投资事业的发展提出了建议，并展望了我国风险投资业的未来。
