| 摘 要： | 在分析连云港与中西部地区传统区域合作机制的基础上，提出应重点强化产业合作创新机制和资源整合机制。可通过错位发展、港产合作、共链产业对接、飞地经济和产业合作研发路径展开，通过地区之间的产,_lkl~t对接或链群共建形成连云港与中西部地区内部的产业合作稳定机制，提升区域内部产业升级和产业竞争力，实现连云港与中西部地区产业联动发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of traditional regional cooperation, it stresses to enhance the innovative mechanism and resources integration of industrial cooperation between Lianyungang and the central and western regions through dislocation development, harbor and industrial cooperation, co-link industrial joint, and the enclave economy. The inter-regional cooperative mechanism of industry promotes the intra-regional industrial upgrading and enhances the industrial competitiveness, then to realize the industrial joint development. |
