| 摘 要： | 在分析网络教育资源的种类及资源管理要求的基础上，探讨了网络教育资源建设与管理模块的类型与管理的取向，指出网络教育资源的建设不仅需要内在的技术要求和途径选择，还需要高素质的管理员、高水平的技术人员和健全的宣传制度等外在条件保障。

It stresses not only the internal technology and approach, but also the external conditions such as high-quality managers, high-level technicians and sound system of publicity. |
