摘    要:在充分了解吉姆模式与首因效应理论的基础上,围绕店内接待这一工作任务的目的、接待工具及使用方法以及可能出现的问题等方面进行分析,然后运用吉姆模式和首因效应设计出店内接待流程的教学情境与教学过程。

Abstract:Based on the model of GEM and the primacy effect,this paper analyzes in-store reception,focusing on its purpose,methods and tools,and the potential problems.It concludes with the design of learning situation and the teaching procedure of in-store reception.
