| 摘 要： | 从篇章结构和措辞造句方面对英文法律信函的特色进行了系统分析,并结合欧美国家法律服务业大量使用法律信函的工作特点,阐述了高质量法律信函在提供涉外法律服务过程中发挥的积极作用,呼吁涉外法律工作人员借鉴原版英文法律函件的写作特色,从而提升涉外法律服务质量。
