| 摘 要： | 大学班级是大学学生管理体制中的基本单元,传统的"保姆和家长"制班级管理模式不适应社会对大学生的成长。提倡班级自治的管理理念,建立班级管理制度和大学班级管理的模式,班级成员交出部分"权利",给予班级管理团队"权力"的同时,构建班级管理监督委员会,班集体行使"监督"与"决定权",形成既渗透"民主"与"民权"的理念,又具有权力制约的大学班级管理体制。

| Abstract: | The student class is the basic unit in the university student management system,and the traditional ＂nanny and parents＂ class management model for the growth of college students cannot adapt to the society. This paper aims to promote ideas of class autonomous management,and set up the system of class management and college class management model. |
