| 摘 要： | 充分发挥现代租赁的融资融物的功效,有利于提高资金的使用效率,拉动我国经济的增长。文章在对现代租赁业做简单概述的基础上,分析了我国现代租赁业的发展状况以及对经济发展的重要意义;探讨了我国现代租赁业发展中存在的问题,提出了今后发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the economic development in China, some financial methods have been created. As a result of financial creation,the finance lease plays an increasingly important role in capital operation field. The concept and operation structure are given in this paper and the author also points out that developing finance lease industry can contribute much to the national economy progress. Based on the analysis of the present development situation of finance lease industry in China, concrete problems existing in lease trade field have been proposed. Finally, through further analysis, the author figures out some solutions to the problems mentioned above. |
