校本薪酬与师本薪酬的冲突与融通

摘    要:校本薪酬是指校本管理应用到学校薪酬的管理方式,师本薪酬则是指人本管理应用到学校薪酬的管理方式,两种管理方式在价值追求等方面都存在冲突,又存在融通的必要和可能。高职院校可以采取校本薪酬与师本薪酬相互融通的管理模式,在薪酬总体水平上注重标准化与个性化相融通,在薪酬组成方式上注重差异化与人性化相融通,在绩效考核上注重精确化与模糊化相融通,在激励方式上注重经济方法与其他方法相融通。
