关于加强社会学理论研究的几点思考

对于如何加强中国社会学理论建设,郑杭生认为,时代在呼唤社会学观念的变革,社会在要求社会学理论创新,中国社会学界应当以宽容的理论胸怀、广阔的理论视野、崭新的理论观念、深邃的理论思维,创造植根于中国社会现实、回答中国社会问题的新理论。刘少杰分析了经验描述社会学方法的形成过程及局限性,肯定了费孝通所创建的重视经验考察,同时又不忽视理论概括的社区人类学研究,认为应当将社会学的经验研究提升到理论思维的层面上。谢立中从当前中国社会学理论研究的发展中,分析了五个具有明显理论自觉的研究范式或框架式理论雏形,认为这些理论成果在一定程度上改变了中国社会学“重经验、轻理论”的实用型面貌。

Society demands creations of sociology, so China's sociology community should, on the basis of China's social reality, set up a kind of new theory that can answer China's questions. Liu Shao-jie thinks that experience studies on sociology should be raised to the level of theory on the premises of affirming Fei Xiao-tong's emphasis of experience and investigation without ignoring studies on community anthropology. Xie Li analyzes five research modes with obvious theoretical consciousness and thinks that these theories will change the situation of China's valuing experience and ignoring theory.
