短期经济波动与长期增长关系研究综述

短期经济周期波动与长期经济增长曾被认为是互相独立的两种经济现象。20世纪80年代后，对经济危机的解释分歧激发了学者们对二者相互联系的关注，实际经济周期理论、内生增长理论与回滞理论通常被当作二者建立内在联系的基础理论；经验研究表明，经济波动对经济增长具有正向和负向两种效应，经济增长在一定程度上具有平滑经济波动的效应。整体上，经济波动与经济增长具有内在统一性，二者密切相关、互相影响，需要构建统一的研究框架。

Review on Rlationship between Sort-term Fuctuations in the Economic Cycle and Long-term Economic Growth

Short-term economic fluctuation and long-term economic growth is considered as unattached phenome-non in a long time.After 1 980s,the differences of economic crisis explanation aroused scholars attention about the in-teraction of the them.The real business cycle theory,endogenous growth theory and the hysteresis theory serve as the foundation to establish the relationship among the fluctuation and the growth.At the same time,the empirical study shows that the economic fluctuation has the two kind of positive and negative effect on economic growth,while to a certain extent economic growth has the effect of smoothing economic fluctuation.Generalizing the theoretical and em-pirical study,economic fluctuation and economic growth possesses inherent oneness with a close link.Both of them affect each other,so we need to build a unified research framework about them.
