高校教师教学能力模型的构建及提升策略

摘    要:论文根据国内高校教师教学能力的现状,从理论上分析了高校教师教学能力的组成,构建了高校教师的教学能力模型,并通过调查统计数据运用层次分析法计算出高校教师教学能力各项指标的权重,提出了相应的提升教师教学能力的策略,对于高校教学质量的提高具有重要意义。

Abstract:According to the current status of Chinese university and college teachers'teaching ability,the model of teaching ability has been built based on theoretically analyzing of the constitution of teaching ability.And the weight of each index in teaching ability model is calculated through statistical data by using method of analytic hierarchy process.Also the corresponding promotion strategy based on the analysis is proposed,which is of great significance for improving the quality of teaching in universities and colleges.
