| Abstract: | With the coming of the economic globalization ,t he function of the key competitive force of enterprises is becoming more and mor e obvious .So for as the enterprises of the real estate development,the key comp etitive force is the organic integration of their main leaders' decision ideas a nd their operatiing mechanisms,the unique resources and abilities they have in t he course of their development and management,and also a process of exquisite co nformity and constant innovation. |
