| 摘 要： | 满足广大人民群众多样化的教育需求和高等教育大众化的量的需求,推进高等教育普及化,是目前民办高等教育在中国高等教育中的角色定位,它主导着民办高校未来的发展战略。从宏观上看我国民办高校共性的发展战略,应该是科学合理的多样化定位,多元化发展;以质量为核心,进行内涵式发展建设;不断创新机制,继续保持机制灵活的优势;坚持教育开放,走国际化发展道路。同时,国家教育政策的支持和引导,是民办高校发展战略得以实现的可靠保障。
