| 摘 要： | 以河北理工大学图书馆采编部业务外包开展方式为例,探讨了采编业务外包给图书分编工作带来的影响。通过日常的工作实践,总结了业务外包后分编工作遇到的较为突出的问题,并提出了解决办法。
